Flythrough launched in 2008 with a focus on commercial web development and hosting.

 

In 2015, Flythrough has expanded to include support to Federal Contractors seeking unique capabilities as well as a credible Small Business to pursue programs with SDVOSB, VOSB, and WOSB set aside requirements.

 

Flythrough was founded by Sheila Cowling.  Ms. Cowling has extensive military and DoD contractor experience, serving in the Air Force in Berlin Germany at the height of the Cold War.
